Open Healthcare Inc., (hereinafter referred to as “OHC”) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Mgame Corp. (hereinafter referred to as “Mgame”) at the office of its subsidiary OPEN Healthcare Kazakstan (hereinafter referred to as “OHKZ”) in Almaty on September 12, 2024, to promote business activation.

Through this agreement, OHKZ has agreed to collaborate with Mgame in various fields, including healthcare, health check-ups, and health supplement businesses at iU Market, a convenience store franchise operated by Mgame in Kazakhstan. As the first step, OHKZ plans to promote and officially begin sales in October of the STI-12 self-testing kit for Sexually Transmitted Infections, developed by OHC.

iU Market is a convenience store franchise that enjoys explosive popularity among teenagers and people in their 20s and 30s in Kazakhstan. The brand has rapidly expanded its stores and is leading trends among the local youth. OHC has decided to pursue this collaboration, believing that its STI-12 test kit meets the needs of iU Market’s young and active customers. Through this strategic partnership with iU Market, OHC hopes that the STI-12 kit, which is convenient and reliable, will play a vital role in managing the sexual health of young adults in Kazakhstan and further, contributes to promoting a healthy sexual lifestyle for the entire population of Kazakhstan.

OHC will continue to introduce innovative healthcare services through various collaborations with iU Market, striving to take the lead in improving the health of Kazakhstan’s citizens.
