  • Results can be confirmed within 2-5 days after the sample arrives at the OHKZ laboratory. In cases of high workload or the need for additional analysis, delays may occur.

  • No, the test fees are included in the set price, and additional charges only apply to delivery costs.

  • It is recommended to use the first morning urine. If the first morning urine cannot be used, the sample should be collected at least 3 hours after the last urination.
  • The urine sample volume should be at least 30ml for testing. For more detailed information, please refer to the instructions within the set.

There are two ways to send the sample to the laboratory:

  • Send it via OHKZ courier service (delivery fee within the Almaty region is 1500TG).
  • You can also send it directly using other delivery services like Yandex Delivery, InDriver, or Kazpost.
  • In this case, the customer is responsible for any loss of the sample.
